Water should never be interpreted as a source of nutrition for the human body. Don’t get me wrong, water does do amazing things for the body, but it doesn’t aid as a supplement for nutrition. Minerals in water are typically inorganic minerals. The human body has a harder time processing these types of minerals over Organic minerals. On the other hand, fruit trees, vegetable plants, and herbs welcome Inorganic minerals as a source of nutrition. These plant life then process the Inorganic mineral into something edible and of nutritional value for the human body.
