Why is water important for me?

Water does some amazing things for the human body. Some of those include lubricating moving surfaces such as your joints, heart and intestines; diluting pollution and contaminants in your body; helping your body metabolize fat; cushioning your brain and spinal cord; moistening the surface of your lungs to help you breathe; aiding in digestion, absorption, metabolism, secretion and excretion; helping conduct sound through your inner ear; maintaining skin flexibility. This is why it is so important for our bodies to ingest in clean filtered water.
